Email Validity Verifier
Upload an Excel workbook, extract every email address, verify each one with DNS checks, and export valid, invalid, risky and duplicate lists.
Brief
Marketing lists go stale. Sending to dead addresses hurts deliverability for the whole domain, and the commercial verifiers charge per address. We wanted a tool that cleans a list of up to 10,000 emails for free before anything is sent.
What we built
A Next.js tool that parses an .xlsx workbook in the browser, de-duplicates addresses, checks format and the domain's mail records serverlessly, and sorts results into valid, invalid or dead, risky and duplicates — exportable back to Excel or PDF.
If a verification-provider key is configured, the same tool upgrades automatically to deeper mailbox-level checks.
