Who we are

NZVN is a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Maldives (registration SP09342026), with its service address at M. Sunnybreeze, Shaheedh Ali Hingun, Malé 20236, Maldives. We are the data controller for this website. Contact: contact@nzvn.org.

What this policy covers

This policy covers nzvn.org only. Our products — Flix Maldives (flix.mv) and URent (urent.mv) — collect and process data for their own purposes and publish their own privacy policies on their own sites.

What we collect

Contact form. If you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, the project type and budget you select, and your message. We use this to reply to you and to prepare a proposal. It is sent to us by email and kept in our mailbox for as long as the conversation or any resulting engagement lasts, then for up to three years for our business records.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request logs — IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp — for security and reliability. These are retained briefly and are not used to identify visitors.

No tracking cookies. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not use third-party trackers. The site remembers nothing about you between visits.

Legal basis and sharing

We process enquiry data because you asked us to respond (performance of pre-contractual steps) and server logs for our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the service providers that run this site and our email — currently Vercel (hosting) and our email provider — under their standard terms.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to our processing of it. Email contact@nzvn.org and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change how this site handles data, we’ll update this page and the date above.
